So, so true! Because we want the children we welcome into the Village to integrate with the local kids as seamlessly as possible, there won’t be a lot of “western” plastic toys in the Village but there will be lots of green space, playgrounds, soccer field and gardens for the children to amuse themselves with! It will be a rich environment despite the lack of “stuff”.

He’ll build with whatever he can! This morning we gave him clothes pegs and glue for his sixth birthday! He was engaged for HOURS!
